This Privacy Policy explains how Foxwise collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit foxwise.eu or submit information through our contact form, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).

2. What personal data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact form data: the name, email address, and message you submit through our contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider’s server logs.
- Analytics data: pseudonymized usage data collected via Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, session duration, referral source, approximate location).
- Marketing/advertising data: where enabled, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel may collect browsing behaviour and device identifiers to measure and improve our advertising campaigns.
3. Why we process your data and our legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry — legal basis: legitimate interest in answering the request you initiated, and/or taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Managing our client and prospect records in our CRM (Odoo) — legal basis: legitimate interest in maintaining an organised record of business relationships.
- Measuring and improving site performance (Google Analytics 4) — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via our cookie banner before analytics cookies are set.
- Advertising and retargeting (Meta Pixel, where active) — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via our cookie banner before marketing cookies are set.
You may withdraw consent for analytics or marketing cookies at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients, each acting under an appropriate data processing agreement:
- Odoo (CRM/ERP software), used to store and manage contact and lead records.
- Gravity Forms, the WordPress plugin that powers our contact form.
- Google Ireland Limited, provider of Google Analytics 4.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, provider of the Meta Pixel, where enabled.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International data transfers
Some of our providers (including Google and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, it is safeguarded through mechanisms such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our website uses the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for basic site functionality; these do not require consent.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics.

Under GDPR and Spanish data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request rectification of inaccurate data;
- Request erasure of your data;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request data portability;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
